Francois van Eeden is an Associate Advisor at Family Wealth Custodians, bringing a unique combination of entrepreneurial experience, analytical thinking and a passion for financial planning.

He holds a BCom degree in Financial Analysis and Investment Management from Stellenbosch University and has completed his RE5 regulatory qualification. Before joining Family Wealth Custodians, Francois spent several years running his own business and gained international experience working in the UK and Dubai.

Known for his strong work ethic, determination and problem-solving abilities, Francois enjoys navigating complex financial situations and finding practical solutions. He believes that effective financial planning requires looking beyond individual investments to understand the bigger picture, helping clients make informed decisions about their wealth, retirement and financial future.

Outside the office, Francois is a devoted husband and father of two daughters. He enjoys golf, hunting, following financial markets and spending quality time with family and friends. Naturally curious and adventurous, he once spent 90 days backpacking solo through Europe and has a keen interest in history.
